COMPANY PROFILE
Started in the year 1993, our firm UTILITY has successfully completed projects in Residences, Bungalows, Commercial Shops, Retail, Offices, Clinics, and Sweet Shops. The firm started with very small projects but in today’s time, it has reached heights with our hard work and experience.
The interior projects have been exclusively designed by Mr. Bhuwan Chand Kapur (Interior Designer/ Vaastu Consultant). The main aim of our firm is to design and craft the furniture/ interiors with utmost perfection and originality. Mr. Kapur is known for his excellence in paying attention to the intricate design details of all his projects. His designs are new, different, and customized according to his client’s requirements.
Starting from designing furniture, he now gets bigger projects of interior designing and architectural projects. The firm has successfully designed Residences, Bungalows, Commercial Shops, Retail, Offices, Clinics, and Sweet Shops. Lucknow’s best and most famous sweets shops are designed by Mr. Kapur himself.
Apart from designing Commercial and Residential projects, UTILITY has also designed many exclusive eatery counters and other display counters in Lucknow. We strive to create something unique and new for our clients, whether it’s a big project or small. We know that our customers are happy & satisfied with us when we see them coming back to work with us for other projects.

Utility is a tribute to remarkable evolutions of Interior design and decor. We put the concept of harmony, beauty, style and comfort in all our projects keeping in mind the Five Element Theory of Vaastu (air, water, earth, fire & space)
Feng Shui (Chinese term of what Vaastu is to Indian Architecture). UTILITY is trying to create odyssey in the Indian living space and feels the designing of house should be based keeping the Indian setting in mind. Instead of glitzy, one should go for functional interiors. The interiors of the house need not be expensive but cozy and welcoming with a soothing atmosphere that reduces all the stress and acts as a treat to the eye.
